Giving
We DESIRE TO BE GENEROUS BECAUSE GOD IS GENEROUS WITH US.
Giving is an act of worship in response to the extravagant grace and glory of God. Having freely received the greatest gift in the world—the love, grace, and mercy of God in Christ—we freely give of our time, our talent, and our treasure.
Generosity with our financial resources helps further God’s mission at Central. But our financial generosity is not so much about our wealth as it is our hearts and our confidence in God over money. God doesn’t need our time, talents, or treasure, but He gives them to us so that we might use them to actively pursue the mission that He’s given His church to make disciples. We respond to the gift of mercy we’ve by giving of our financial resources generously, then God is glorified, our hearts are transformed, and lives are changed in the Brazos Valley and around the world.
